Montaje de la mosca seca por excelencia, uno de los insectos mas impresionantes y mas bellos dentro del mundo de la pesca a mosca.

De espectaculares eclosiones y que cuando las truchas las comen, se generan auténticos espectáculos.

LA EPHEMERA DÁNICA.

Quizás es uno de los insectos mas imitados y que mas espectacularidad tienen.

Hemos visto montajes de todo tipo, tanto el montaje simple tal cual en el anzuelo, con el cuerpo añadido, en anzuelo curvado y montada boca abajo o incluso con la cabeza de la mosca en la parte trasera del anzuelo.

Todo montador de moscas ha hecho alguna vez en su vida una Dánica, o al menos lo ha intentado.

Esta es la primera vez que monto la Dánica con el cuerpo añadido de seda.

A continuación les detallare mas o menos la construcción de la mosca en unos pasos.

Primero, utilizamos una aguja para realizar la construcción del cuerpo de nuestra Dánica,

la sujetamos bien en el torno y empezamos fijando el hilo de montaje.

Colocaremos los cercos, en este caso hemos utilizado dos pelos de corzo de color negro, los fijamos bien con el hilo y las separamos un poco dejándolas en una forma similar a una V.

A continuación, fijamos la seda con la que realizaremos el cuerpo (Gütterman 272) y también la brinca de color amarillo huevo.

Apretando muy poco (para que no se quede muy fuerte en la aguja), vamos tapando el trozo de aguja que creamos suficiente para el cuerpo de nuestra mosca, y hacemos la forma de la misma.

Una vez hecho el cuerpo, sera muy importante dar un punto de cianocrilato tanto en la parte de la cola como en donde acabamos el cuerpo de la mosca.

A continuación, le damos por todo el cuerpo un poco de barniz, para compactarlo y que no se nos deshaga cuando lo quitemos de la aguja.

Dejamos que seque un poco el barniz y procedemos a sacar el cuerpo de nuestra Dánica de la aguja.

First, use a needle for body building our Mayfly ,

We let the varnish dry a bit and proceed to remove the body of our fly..

El siguiente paso, será colocar el cuerpo anteriormente construido en el anzuelo.

Los hilos sobrantes y restos de los pelos de corzo que salían de la construcción en la aguja, los atamos todos juntos en el anzuelo con el hilo de montaje y apretamos bien, seguidamente le ponemos una gota de cianocrilato para darle rigidez al montaje y que no se nos mueva.

Si queremos embellecer mas el cuerpo , le podemos dar unas capas mas de barniz.

The next step is to place the body previously built on the hook.

Lo próximo que haremos, sera colocar las alas, para ello, tendremos preparadas dos puntas de pluma de gallo.

Las colocaremos abatidas hacia adelante y después con la ayuda del hilo, las pondremos perpendicularmente a la tija del anzuelo, y haremos una cruz entre ellas para fijarlas bien.

El siguiente paso, sera hacer el tórax de nuestra Dánica.

Con el dubbing, rellenaremos el hueco de anzuelo que queda a la vista y llegaremos hasta adelante dejando un espacio para finalmente hacer la cabeza.

Al sujetar las alas, es aconsejable tumbarlas ligeramente hacia atrás con el dubbing, ya que el insecto las tiene asi y nos quedará mas natural.

El dubbing nos ayudara a aguantar mejor las alas y también nos hará de patas.

Para finalizar nuestra mosca, trenzamos unas fibras de CDC, y las enrollamos encima del dubbing, le damos pocas vueltas, sin apretarlo mucho para que se queden las fibras poco comprimidas.

Formamos la cabeza con el hilo y realizamos el nudo final.

To end our fly, put some CDC fibers, and roll up around the dubbing, give few turns, not too tightly to not compress enough the fibers.

We form the head with the thread and make the final knot.
